Everyone’s heard about latte. It is espresso with foamed milk. The difference between latte and cappuccino is in the process of cooking. If for preparing cappuccino we pour milk into the cup of espresso, then with latte everything is vice verse. To prepare latte, take a slightly warmed up Irish coffee glass, pour fresh foamed milk into it and wait a little. As soon as foam comes down a bit, trickle espresso into it. After all there will be three layers: hot milk, espresso and a milky skin.
So, How to make green tea latte?
But if you prefer tea to coffee, especially green tea with milk, you may try to prepare “tea latte”. Instead of espresso pour into a glass with latte a portion of brewed tea. There also will be three layers that look very nice. By the way, strong green tea in latte looks just like espresso. So, if you want to make a surprise for your friends, offer them a glass of tea latte – they will hardly ever guess what it really is.

Of course, there can be other, more interesting variants. For example, you may prepare black tea instead of green (if you like this sort of tea more). If you want to get more tasty “levels”, you may add one more layer, for example caramel syrup (on the bottom). At last, if you don’t mind strong drinks, you may add a layer of liqueur, for example Baileys. Then the succession will be the following: caramel syrup, milk, Baileys, tea (or espresso) and milky skin on the top.
